Starting at 3rd pole mosey around bus loop back to first pole and awaiting Cindy. 15 Tricep extensions on Q. Run to “Neck pole”. 20 WW1 sit-ups on Q. Run to neck pole. 15 tricep extension on Q. Run around bus loop stopping at first tree on other side. 5 burpees OYO. Advance 2 trees. 5 burpees OYO. Advance 2 trees OYO. 5 burpees. Advance 2 trees. 5 burpees OYO. Mosey back to first light pole. 15 curls IC. Mosey to neck pole. 5 burpees OYO. Mosey to neck pole. 15 curls IC. Mosey around bus loop. Repeat same as last lap. 5 burpees at all 4 stops (every two trees). Mosey back to first pole. 15 chest presses IC. Mosey to neck pole. 5 burpees OYO. 20 Flutter kicks IC. Mosey to neck pole 15 chest presses IC. Rifle carry Cindy back towards 1st pole to pick up your other Cindy and stow them. Plank for last 45 seconds

The Collosseum boys are tough but they have a hard time understanding my non Georgia country accent. So where you read Neck pole should have been next but I confused several people. Shout out to Mr Miyagi for leading for two minutes because I couldn’t arrive on time. The 65 burpees were in memory of Bob Saget who passed away last night…much to Fro Zones dislike.
