Plank for Disclaimer, leg stretch, counted off the #of fartsackers, hamstring stretch, Michael Phelps and then mosey onto the field to gather at the opposite end zone.
Tha Thang:
Bear Crawl 20 yards then 21 hand release merkins, 21 Bonney Blair’s (both legs =1), and 21 flutter kicks (both legs =1). Once finished run to opposite end gate, hit the bleachers for 1 lap of bleacher runs. Run back to the field, start at the 20 yard line and bear crawl 20 yards. Repeat merkins, Bonney Blair’s, flutter kicks, bleachers, and bear crawls until you reach the goal at which point you do 22 burpees to finish the workout. Mosey back to the flag.
