The Foundry represented the coastal empire in the Christmas Day parade by marching and carrying coupons handing out cards to potential F3 members 2.0s handed out candy we all had a blast. In front of the judge's table we put on a show doing IC merks, plank jacks, overhead press and curls. A big thank you to all who helped 10 2.0s the two M's
