-Country Girl Shake it For Me: Duck walked the verses then did a squat for every time Luke Bryan said Shake It. YHC could tell DQ enjoyed the music more than Gumbo and BC.

And we were off to begin our mosey around the facility stopping for exercises along the way
Tha Thang:
-Moseyed to the pull-up bars where we listened to Up Down by Florida Georgia Line and performed one pull-up for every up down.
-Moseyed to the bleachers at the soccer fields. Performed 50 step ups.
-Moseyed to the picnic tables by the batting cages. For four minutes, flap jacked between dips and lunges, starting at 1 and increasing by a rep each time.
-Moseyed to the NGT starting line. Performed 10 HRM, 20 squats, 30 WWII’s.
-Moseyed to the car wash. Performed 10 burpees. Was too cold to walk through the car wash.
-Moseyed back towards the flag, stopping at the turn from the Y. Performed 20 flutter kicks.
-Moseyed to the flag.
-Did an around the horn of Mary:

—Sweet n Low: six inch drills
—BC: Freddie Merc’s forward and back
—Backstreet: Hello Dolly

All in all, completed just short of 2.5 miles on our Friday morning sojourn.
