Tha Thang:
Mosey to the turf, grab a Cindy en route.

Starting at a goal line on the sidelines, make way with Cindy to the other sideline with 5 stops along the way

Sideline: 6 burpees & 10 Squats (w/ Cindy)
1st hash: 5 Burpees & 10 Tricep Extensions
Midfield: 4 Burpees & 10 Overhead Press
2nd Hash: 3 Burpees & 10 Curls
Sideline: 2 Burpees & 10 Kettle Bell Swings

Move to the 10 yard line.

Rinse and repeat at each 10 yard line until you complete 10 rounds. Tabata timer used to ensure we were staying in pace. 3.5 minutes per yard line, 15 second rest/transition to next year's line.

Total rep count: 200 burpees and 100 each of STOCK exercises
