The Colosseum headed over to the OG for a Murph (we skipped last month due to Labor Day and IronPax).
Start with 1 mile run.
100 pullups, 200 merkins, 300 squats in whatever order and grouping deemed necessary.
Finish with a 1 mile run, waving to the OG Pax as we passed.
