Started w/ Plank while the disclaimer was given w/ a few dive throughs. 10 Merks in cadence. TTT’a in cadence followed by Imperial Walkers.
Tha Thang:
This began w/ a bleacher run (1 lap) & for the ones that modified, just a lap around the field. Met in the end zone to start.
10 yard line – 10 Burpees
20 YL – 20 Merks
30 YL – 30 shoulder taps (each side 1/2)
40 YL – 40 plank jacks
50 YL – 50 LBC’s (modified to include WWII’s)
We continued this all the way down the field w/ the above exercises. Down & back followed by another lap (Bleacher Run) followed by one more time down the field.
