Here’s what I have.
Pax count off 1-4 indicating which team they are on. Teams grab 2 Cindy’s per team and mosey to the start of the trail. 50 air squats or Cindy OHP then switch. Once complete teams will run up to the tower (~1/4 mile), complete 10 burpees, and return. Finish with 50 air squats/OHPs each.
