Tha Thang:
The workout was a modified Cindy Circuit with 8 exercises and a little twist known as the Danger Zone. After every other exercise, Cindy was placed down gently, and 5 Hand Release Merks were performed. Can report that by the end the HRM’s started to be hard. After the full circuit was complete, a lap around the parking lot was ran. Since beast Octagon led the pack, this wasn’t merely a fun run lap, but rather the whole parking lot.
The exercises in the circuit were:
10 Bradford Bears In Cadence
10 Goblet Squats
5 Hand Release Merks
10 Bent Over Rows
10 Curls for the Girls
5 Hand Release Merks
10 OHP
10 Lunges (Thighs for the Guys)
5 Hand Release Merks
10 Chest Press (these suckkkkked)
10 Tricep Extensions
5 Hand Release Merks

3 times through the circuit were executed, then Cindy was laid to rest. Since Honker is occupied on the Obstacle Course, YHC took advantage of the opportunity to play some reindeer games. The pax counted off and played 10 minutes of 3 on 3 soccer. When a team scored, they had to do 3 Burpees, and the side the yielded the goal had to do 5 burpees. YHC got lucky with the teams as teammates Octagon and Detention had some pretty classy touch.
After 10 minutes of futbol, the pax returned to the flag to perform some Mary:
