Run to Push to Run
Mossy to the start of the run, each PAX had a 5 &7 to shout out at any time on the run and the group was to stop for that many merkins. After the warm up run 108 merkins completed. Thing was a sprint that again each PAX was reloaded with a 5 & 7 to shout out any time, merkins completed & return to start finish except for the leaders was awarded 3 merkins to complete. Repeat till all PAX no shout out left. The PAX at the end of the shout outs with the most burpees won ( Gillian and Sweet n low tie at 6)
Back to the dice since flag is still in Radar’s trunk. Rolled dice for some Mary, boat canoe off limits but no crunchy frogs. Dough said a bad word so we had penalty burpees then Gillian and BC said it. 15 penalty burpees.
