Played Betty Crockers favorite country music. When the chorus was sung (Up/Down) a burpee was done. Squat between Burpees. Total of 26 burpees during the song. Mosey to back lot.
Do one squat, run to first parking line, do 1 merkin, return to start do a squat, run to second line and do 2 merkins. Rinse and repeat until stopping at each line until the end and 6 Merkins. Next was same format with groiners, then again with jump squats. The engineers in the bunch insisted on adding squats so there were 2 squats at the start of Groiners and 3 for jump squats. Mosey back to flag. If you add all the components of the exercises it was like doing a Burpee.
Add all the Burpees together = 49. We did one more Burpee to =50 so Gilligan didn't twitch all day.
