Took 3 cindies to the pullup bars.
Split into two groups. Within each group, some is paper, someone is scissors, and someone shoots (one of those also has the rock).
The Rock = a cinder block
Paper = on ground with feet out, six inches up
Scissors = jump squats
Shooter = run to last island, 5 buries, run back
Did this for 100 burpies per group.
Suicides to each island with 10 merks at each.
