Was welcomed back to Q for the first time since the colosseum started.

Tha Thang:
Moseyed the long way around the parking lot to pick up our girl Cindy.
Idea was to get in an exercise and then have a quick 40 yard sprint to the next light pole; then mosey back.

YHC was planning to go back down the latter with the same exercise and reps, but felt generous enough to modify.

– Q source starts Monday (6/7) at Panera at 6:30. Will plan on getting through the first 2 chapters.
