Each Pax would call out a Rep then pick a Stick Flip the stick.
What ever it lands on is the exercise and the Rep count is know.
If it laids on the Blue side we do all (3) exercises on that Stick.
Unless you are @swabbie. Who just picks up the stick turns it to the blue side and then we do all three.
