Doughboy isn’t a fan of heavier rock. His Pandora seed station must be Michael Bolton. Honker knew what a mosh pit was.

DQ, Brady Bunch, and Farva were not there. Hardover had an excused absence, but owes proof of the beatdown for his brother later today.

Tha Thang:
Mosey to the end of the parking lot by the pavilion.

Part 1 of 3:
2 sets of leg focused Tabata. 25 seconds on, 10 second rest, * 8 rounds per set.

Set 1: Monkey Humpers and Lunges
Set 2: Jump squats and Speed Skaters

Part 2 of 3: Mosey to the Y soccer field where Cindy had conveniently been laid out already. Grab one. Navigate the various mud puddles, but honestly we should have just embraced them. We all got a little muddy and the shoes/socks were immersed.

AMRAP for 10 minutes
20 Merkins
25 yards of Murder Bunnies
20 Cindy Squats
25 Yards of Rifle Carries
Rinse and Repeat until the timer said done. We completed 4 rounds

Had it been 10 degrees warmer, we definitely would’ve done a tunnel of love. YHC chose for the PAX to continue liking him … at least as much as they currently did.

Part 3 of 3:
Mosey to the Flag. Was supposed to be a 10 minute EMOM, but we were short on time, so modified to a 5 minute AMRAP

10 hand release merkins by the flag
Sprint 40 yards
20 squats
Sprint back to the flag
Rinse and repeat
I think we got through 4 rounds.

No time for Mary on the wet pavement sadly.

I’m very thankful for this group that I found 4 years ago (technically, my anniversary was 2/3). You all have made me better in many ways. Thanks to Brady Bunch for EH’ing me in the first place.
