Tha Thang:
7 mile ruck from Forsythe Park over the Savannah River Bridge and back. 2 sandbags were carried along the ruck while the F3 flag lead the way. If you were not carrying a sandbag, you Merked x3 at each light post on the bridge.
WorkOut #2 on Hutchinson Island Side: Summarized by saying we carried / flipped a lot of really heavy, really awkward, really painful coupons continuously for 30 mins. Very stupid use of time
Began Return Ruck to the park with all pax stopping to Merk x5 at each light post of the bridge
Workout #3 (Navy Seal Smoked) back at Forsythe Park led by Honker
