Warm up-14 pax showed up this morning to help Cindy move, including Mr.Rooter. From all the mumble chatter and @Ramsies passing out I think there was some Rooten-Tooten going on from @clog (Mr. Rooter). Our warmup begin with schnooks, through the tunnel, and Fury. (10 SSH, 10 Squats, 10 LBC, then 9, then 8 ect… till 0
The Thang-Mosey to Cindy’s house and picked her up, everyone grabbed a partner, one farmer carried toward the back lot while the other ran there and came back and swapped out, this continued till everyone was there. Then the packing begin, 3 blockees, ran to the 2nd island, 3 blockees, and 10 Bench press/ Freddie Merks, ran back to the start 3 blockees. Ran to the third island, 3 blockees, 10 Bench press/ Freddie Merks, 10 Curls with arm extensions, ran back to the start and did 3 blockees. Ran to the 4th island, 3 blockees, 10 Bench press/ Freddie Merks, 10 Curls with arm extensions,10 American Hammers and 10 Urkins, back to the start with 3 blockees. Ran to the last island-3 blockees, 10 Bench press/ Freddie Merks, 10 Curls with arm extensions,10 American Hammers and 10 Urkins, and 10 Squat thrust with calf raises. Ran back to the start 3 blockees. Then to the last island and unpacked it all leaving the designated exercise there, kept doing this till we all unpacked everything at where we picked it up. Mosey back to Cindy’s place and put her back. Ending with COT.
