Moseyed to parking lot. Partner workout. Two die, one frisbee per partner team. Roll a factor of twelve no penalty, run to parking line of roll and back, roll again (2,3,4,6,12). Penalty x 10 die total for the rest ( spread between both partners) Odd non factor, gas pumper or 4ct flutter kick. Even 8 or 10 was 80 or 100 burpees (between both partners). One chance to eliminate penalty, throw frisbee and stop it in parking space of die roll (roll 11, frisbee lands and stops between parking line 11 and 12).
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes.
Thang2: 5 station partner circuit. Upward stations by 12! Two circuits! Station 1: 12 pullups both partners, 24 step ups both partners, 36 incline merkins, 48 air squats both, and 60 bench dips both.
