Today we maximized our intensity and targeted our anaerobic and aerobic energy systems using the Tabata workout theory. With a little help from this tabata soundtrack, we stayed in the zone and you pushed yourselves to become 1% better today. First round = 30/15 >> Second Round 30/10 >> Third Round 20/10.
Finished off with the killer plank workout >> BRING SALLY UP.
