In true F3 fashion, we celebrated national Hotdog day using the acronym H.O.T.D.O.G. to build our workout as well as incorporating delicious Publix brand all-beef hotdogs.

Every letter exercise was followed by a 40 yrd Hotdog relay which included a firm but gentle exchange of the hotdog baton. Partners completed 10x Merkins while partners completed the sprint.
