The Thang
2 lines of Indian Runs the long way around the parking lot to visit Cindy. YHC thought the younger 2.0’s would be okay with half cindy’s, but even those were heavy. Luckily there were some fragments based on Hardover’s lack of anger management from a few weeks ago.
Circle up for 3 rounds of Tabata … aka Tri-Bata. 20 seconds on, 10 second rest. 10 sets per round.

- 2.0 modifications included doing overhead presses or merkins
- At some point during this round, Dugout lost control of his anger management and destroyed a Cindy. Pony Girl was able to replace her half cindy with a fragment though.

- Flutter Kicks

Circle up at the flag. Dugout chose a 10 burpee penalty for his anger management issues. These were performed by all PAX OYO.

Honker did his lap after round 1 of tabata with a Cindy. This was a modification up. Honker is 55. Honker finished the lap before me. I want to be like Honker when I grow up. And this was after his foreplay.
