Honker Short Course 1-20-20

21 Pax Met on a Much Cooler morning. We are testing out new Fun Runs. The name is very Deceiving. There is running but no Fun.

Warm up: Some SSH. Some Plank and of course we did the some Walkers to the Honker Count. This is different and is very hard to explain. A short mosey to the starting point.

This Fun Run is 21 stations. The objective is to complete as many as you can in the alloted time. We had 11 minutes then rest for one then 11 more.

100 yard run: 30 Merks: 30 Air Squats: 30 WWII: 10 Burpees:

100 yard Run: 30 Merks: 30 Mountain Climbers: 30 Flutter Kicks: 10 Burpees:

100 Yard Run: 30 merks: 30 Star Jacks: 30 LBC: 10 Burpees

100 Yard Run: 30 Merks: 30 Lunges: 30 Hello Dollies: 10 Burpees.

Do this as many times as you can in the time allowed.

The following 20 Paxs and YHC all Posted: DQ, Gilligan, Bogey, Tutti Frutti, R12, Norm, Door Jam, Sundial(was and FNG), Mullet, Quikrete, Swabbie, Hardover, Backstreet, BC, Noodles, Pergo, Radar, Flat Tire, Deuce, Brady Bunch. All are better for it.
