YHC had an early morning commitment today, but that was no reason to skip the Daily Red Pill. Honker and Door Jamb were kind enough to join me at 0500. Nothing in the core principles says we have to start at 0530.

4 exercises. AMRAP each exercise for 8 minutes. Every 25 reps, run 25 yards out and back. After the 8 minutes, rest for 2.
