Warm Up: Beagn with a little warm up of SSH (YHC was in time) Then moseyed to the Cindy’s on the way we had a Fly over issue so we had to do (5 Burpees) BC said do them in a stream of running water so of course we did. Once we had the Cindy’s we had another Fly over issue. This time we had Cindys so we had to do (5 Blockies) On to the field of battle.
The Tang: Sombody left (2) buckets on the field with the Sticks of Opportunity in them ( Hun WHO DID THAT??) One buckt with odd numbered sticks the other with even. We pulled the sticks out in numerial oder:
Stick One: SSH / Curl With over head press / Hnads off Merks. 10 reps of each. Oh wait I forgot we had to do 5 WWII before each and 5 WWII after each exercise. Then Moseyed 50 yards with the Cindy’s to the even number bucket ( We will need her)
Stick Two: Load scaffold with Cindy / Plank with dive bombers / Many Janes with hands over head ( Cause it is more difficult that way) Then moseyed back to the Odd # bucket. You get the ideal. There are 6 sticks 3 odd # and 3 even. At some point (YHC) said hey increase the WWII count to 10 reps before and after each exercise. Also had (2) more fly overs that became Blockies becasue well the Cindy was near us. I was told total WWII count was 170. Exercise count rep was 180.
Moseyed back to the Flag. Thoughts and prayers for the brothers that have been let good at work it is running thought us at this AO. Flat Tire will be working on the video after Fridays workout. Let’s all put a maximum effort into this. Pladge and COT. (YHC) Honker
