8 pax posted in the gloom for week 3 of the Iron Pax beat down.
Since our AO is pull-up bar challenged, we decided to offer Iron Pax on 2 days this week. We were greeted by misting and sometimes light rain. The kinda rain that’s just enough to drive the humidity higher. DQ set the pace and never looked back. Betty Crocker kept us all on point with his impeccable form. All pax pushed through and are better for it. No cindys were harmed during the awfulness.
