Swabbie and Clog led 19 PAX in a warm up in the gloom of a Friday morning.
The PAX mosied to the back lot for some suicides led by Swabbie. Next, Clog led a lunge and bear crawl across the parking lot with Merkins and squats. Then Swabbie circled up the PAX for a round of Merkins. Clog took the PAX back to the flag for a Circle Burp.
