F3 Name-a-Rama, but with a workout mixed in. In reverse order of arrival, each PAX would mini Q the workout associated with their F3 name based on the below decoder ring. In between each PAX, repeat the mosey up the lane, and sprint back.

Mullet was last to arrive. Burpees right off the bat. Then it didn’t take us long to realize the LLE in the middle of his name equated to 5 minutes of back-2-back wall sits!
YHC was next. Took some time to get through that long name.
Swabbie was next, who was gracious enough to modify his spelling to SABBY
Clog finished us out with some modifications for time.
YHC kept the decoder ring board to re-use for quick, custom workouts. Plenty of opportunities to customize each letter too.
