Nice work by all in the gloom. Mumble chatter was minimal as the workout was every bit as difficult as YHC had planned. The black snake run saw more bobbing a weaving than a prize fight. The thrusters were humbling. Good to have Armpit return with shovel flag that was planted in his front yard. Nice work by the Ruck crew to EH him back with the squad.
