- Performed exercises at at each end:
- Merkins
- Jump Squats
Circle Pump-up:
- Performed 2 different exercises in a ratio of 1:5, 2:10, 3:15…10:50 and back down!
- Drop and do a Merkin
- Recover and do Air Presses
Roll the Die:
- Circled up
- Used a 12-sided exercise labled die (we believe it was weighted for Merkins)
