Workouts of Biblical Proportions – The Methuselah

Genesis 5:25 – 27: “Methuselah lived 187 years and became the father of Lamech.  Then Methuselah lived 782 years after he had become the father of Lamech, and he had other sons and daughters.  So all the days of Methuselah were 969 years, and he died.

Warmup: (69 reps)

25 Side Straddle Hops

20 imperial walkers

13 Through-The-Tunnels

11 Don Quixotes

10 Burpees

10 Triceps Extensions

 

Workout (880 reps)

100 Pushups (4 x 25)

100 Squats (4 x 25)

100 Imperial Walkers

100 Shoulder Touches

100 LBC

100 Bicep Curls

100 Lunges (steps)

100 American Hammers

50 Burpees

50 Triceps Extensions

The workout was broken up this way:

25 pushups, 25 squats, 25 Imperial Walkers, 25 Shoulder Touches, 25 LBC, 25 Bicep Curls

25 Lunges, 25 American Hammers, 10 Burpees, 10 Triceps Extensions

That cycle  was done (4) times, for a grand total of 969 reps, celebrating 969 years of Methuselah’s life.

Pax today consisted of DQ, Gilligan, BC, Brady Bunch, Radar, Flat Tire, Clog, Woo Hoo, and Backstreet
