Gave the disclaimer in plank position, then 20 air presses, 20 SSH, some imperial walkers, windmill and Chinooks. Then we mosey to the back parking lot.
The Thang
We started with 20 merkins then ran to the next corner for 30 LBCs followed by a run to the 3rd corner for 40 mountain climbers with each leg or 80 total. We ran to the last corner for 50 squats and then back to the beginning to repeat…and repeat…and repeat, until time was called. We then mosey back for some World War II sit ups, flutter kicks followed by Batman push ups (?).
