The Thang
With Cindy’s, 20 curls and 1 overhead press, run to first peninsula in parking lot. Perform 20 Mountain climbers and 1 Merkin, run backwards to start and do 19 curls and 2 Overhead presses, run to peninsula and do 19 Mountain climbers and 2 Merkins. Run backward to start and repeat in descending / increasing order maintaining the total number of reps at 21. Continued until we ran out of time. Return Cindy’s and mosey back to flag.
