2 PAX started off the week with a wet and cool Fuel workout. I am calling it a Nine Lives workout because it’s the 9th of the month and because every time I google “F3 Savannah” a website about kittens comes up. We only used up 4 of our nine lives but it was good enough to jump start the week.

The Thang: mosey around the park with 4 stops of 9 exercises each time:
10 Flutter Kicks, 10 LBC’s, 10 Russian twists, 10 Merkins, 10 plankjacks, 10 lunges, 10 burpees, 10 Imperial walkers, 10 4c squats. Sometimes in cadence.
#TwoPack kept the Q honest when he accidentally forgot one of the exercises each stop.
Made the pledge at the Daffin Park flag and moseyed back to starting area for no announcements and prayer.
