The Thang

Stack workout cycling through the exercises below, but always repeating the prior exercises.  Start with 5 burpees, do a lap.  Then do 5 burpees and 10 merkins, then a lap.  Then do 5 burpees, 10 merkins, and 15 shoulder taps, then a lap. And so on …

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Merkins
  • 15 Shoulder Taps each side
  • 20 Mountain Climbers each side
  • 25 Plan Jacks
  • 30 American Hammers each side
  • 35 Overhead presses with a cinder block
  • 40 squats
  • 45 LBCs
  • 50 Flutter kicks

Brady bunch set the pace, getting through 9 cycles (the LBCs).

After returning the cinder blocks, we sprinted to the flag.  Hillbilly smoked us all.
