F3 winded down 2017 under rather frosty conditions with a “Final Countdown” workout!
COP:
Disclaimed and welcomed we began with an appetizer of 10 Flutter kicks, 9 side straddle hops, 8 windmills, 7 merkins, 6 Daniel sons, 5 Moroccan night clubs, 4 LBC’s, 3 pretzel crunches, 2 Burpees and 1 lap around the traffic circle and back around to the football field.
The Thang:
Main Course Countdown on football field with lunges between each set: 100 Flutter kicks, 90 side straddle hops, 80 windmills, 70 merkins, 50 Moroccan night clubs, 60 Daniel sons, (Two Pack corrected the order), 40 LBC’s, 30 pretzel crunches, 20 Burpees and 10 sweat angels with Salmonella making one fine snow angel on the frozen ground. Mosey to benches for 50 dips for #Bunker and then we raced back to the flag with two of us going Victory to Waters around and two others going Victory to Bee around. Waters WON!
COT: Count off, namarama, Prayer Requests, pledge, prayer and off to Breakfast Club for coffee and intellectual discussion of various topics.
