Thanks to Twinkle for passing on the 11/11/11/19/18 workout. While it’s always great to have more men post to a workout, YHC enjoyed the 2nd F aspect with Madoff and Salmonella. Lots of room for chatter before and after. In fact, YHC learned that Madoff will soon be promoting an F3 sponsored glove hanger. PAX called an audible on coffeeteria and went to Sunny Side Up, rather than the Breakfast Place. Great conversation, same menu, different restaurant.
