A Slice for Everyone

Uno and YHC met for twice around the park for a Ruck walk and just to catch up…You know, that #2ndF. Hadn’t had the opportunity to workout together due to 2.0’s and birth of new ones and M’s responsibilities, but today we took advantage of some early morning hours and free of 2.0’s wishing to post.

Completing the two laps (3miles) we departed ways and the second shift PAX began to roll in.

The PB Slack call went out requesting any who have Rucks to bring them and to bring their weight as well.

Devotional

Jesus lived to serve others. “For even the Son of man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many” (Mark 10:45, ESV).

A man exhibits authentic manhood when he allows God to use him to serve others.
